Sarah-Jane Baur, from the Fraunhofer IZM will present the paper “Emerging Technologies in European Research: Enhancing Sustainable Engineering Practices & Data Collection for Life Cycle Assessments – A Case Study” . Thanks to MULTIMOLD research, we’d like to face the LCA challenges of acquiring data for sustainability assessments and propose strategies to optimize sustainable engineering practices and data collection processes. MULTIMOLD promotes early stakeholder collaboration, real-time environmental insights, and streamlined data collection. By integrating LCA throughout the project, it identifies and mitigates environmental hotspots, driving proactive sustainability and informed decision-making in technology development.
